When I first started, I didn't know much. I cut carbs, did hour-long cardio sessions, and jumped on any and every machine at the gym. I had no workout plan or nutrition help. However, after doing my research, understanding how to program my workouts and how to eat properly, I was able to lose 30+ pounds in 90 days.

After transforming my body, my mindset was different. I was more confident, I wanted to help more people and that is why I got involved working for LifeTime and Equinox gyms. Through that experience I studied and got certifications for training and nutrition.
